Would it help if I sent her that Coldplay bracelet Ali promised her last year, on the proviso that she stops talking to you for a while?

    I don't understand "drunk" teenagers.

Why am I surrounded by people breaking everything?

Being drunk is cool. Especially in the bath.

How long have you had it ( or how long since you bought the original one which had to be replaced )?

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? 12 month warranty should be standard with the retailer, somewhat longer with the manufacturer.

Making my life bad right now is regatta week; stupidly high numbers of people in the restaurant so busy busy busy, and next month show little sign of easing up like it normally does since the bumhole tourists are all vacationing in the UK instead of going abroad....

I had the idea of building a box mod. Downside: cool looking vandal resistant switches are 30 euros a piece.

Bought it on the 6th of June, last year. So it's edging over a year old. And been RMA'd twice. Really starting to dent my assurances in the RAT9's quality for the price I've paid.

The fact that I've gone totally deaf in both ears. I went to see an audiologist or whatever He/She is called. After being given a rollocking I now know never to clean my ears out with cotton buds again., Apparently I've caused the wax to become impacted and I know have put a teaspoon of of olive oil in each ear twice a day for the next ten days before seeing the doctor.

I'm not impressed and I'm deaf. life sucks right now.

Could do but the audiologist said to use olive oil so that's what I've been using either way it sucks. Only good part about it is that the other half felt sorry for me so she didn't complain when I brought bloodbowl chaos edition and then loads of games from Bundlestars.com :)

I was given olive oil drops a while ago to release a build up of wax that was giving me a weird sensation when I leaned my head over. I found the drops quite unpleasant to use, so you have my sympathy for having to use a teaspoon at a time.

It depresses me that I have very few friends I actually see. I have a family, wonderful children who make me eternally grateful I had them, but it's very hard to make friends when they're put off because I have kids. I've never had anyone want to visit me for years, and i've realised that all of the people I currently know are so immature that they can't deal with the fact i have children. They just want to get drunk every night without living with the consequences. I need new friends, but it's so damn hard to get out there nowadays.

    People and computer noobs.

My moms cousin should not own a computer. He called my house 5 or 6 times today, 3 of which occurred within a 2-3 hour period, he somehow got my cellphone number and called me twice, plus left me a text message. Why, because he wants to learn how to use tabs / resize windows so he can translate text so he can talk to some girl online in a different language.

It took me 50 minutes to show him how to use tabs, resize windows and to copy and paste text over the phone + teamviewer. Even worse, I get no money out of this. I realize I'm unemployed but I have better things to do with my damn time. I am not fricken 24/7 tech support, yet my parents always feel the need to tell people of my pc hobby, so I always have family contacting me, expecting things all the time.

On top of this crap, my friends are just being the douche's they normally are. Haven't seen them in roughly 2 weeks, they invited my neighbour but not me to play basketball, and their excuse was "we figured he'd tell you". On top of this, they've hung out several times over the last two weeks (twitter and vine show this) yet not once did they bother to call me, but as soon as they need something they expect me to bust my balls. I'm just getting fed up, and when I brought it up the other day they just tried to play it off and make up excuses.

Final thing, spent most of today painting. First time doing it, and it wasn't even for me. My brother and my sister decided they wanted to paint their rooms, but apparently I need to help them just because I'm at home. Painting sucks!

    Unnecessary complications.

I dropped out of school but enrolled in one of those schools for people who dropped out. I only had to go there once to receive the subject topics, then return for exams. Then go again for a different subject topic, then return for exams, and so on until I passed the exams of every subject. I have to take three subjects every two months.

When I went to take the exams, apparently I didn't do an internet work that was obligatory and I wasn't even told of. Nor were several other people. I asked to see if I could take the test without doing the school's internet work, they said no. I don't understand why it was obligatory, much less why they even implemented it to begin with.

By next thursday I'll have to get it done and return for the exams. Then it'll be the same for the rest of the subjects. It's not like they forgave me for that though, next thursday is the 'second chance' exam day, for people who failed in the first exam day, so that's a lost chance already.

And it will be the same for every subject I have to take.

Even better than just saying no... 'My rate is £/$10 per hour' if they take you up on it then is a bonus, and you earn a bit of cash. If they don't, we'll you didn't want to do it anyway!

I do this for 'Private work' being an IT technician I get asked all the time, I say I only get one person willing to pay every few months, I make so little that when I tried to declare it the inland revenue laughed and said it sounded more like a hobby than a second job and it wouldn't be worth taxing me on it!

^What he said. I made the mistake of telling a former work colleges husband that I was into electronics and what-not; fast forward a little while and I'm at their kitchen table with an electric guitar in pieces trying to figure out how to replace the pickup with a new one ( which has different wiring for some reason ). Another occasion I was there dismantling a valve-Amp to replace a few of the pots which were dirty/gritty with new ones- not an easy job either as it requires tearing the whole thing down to gain access to the rear of the front panel.

Never admit to being good at something which you aren't willing to charge for ( the famous quote is a little different but anyway.. )- helping immediate family with something like painting or putting up pictures ( or cleaning a carpet with my carpet shampooer which I never should have bought as I've used it less than the dozen or people it's been lent out to by my sister whom I don't even live with ) is just one of those things you get roped into and it's hard to avoid; giving tech advice or assistance for any length of time is definitely something I wouldn't do for free, even if it meant having to explain why & how much a shop ( with no more real expertise than yourself ) would charge for the same privilege...

I think I'd only do it for 'free' if there was some liquid remunerations on offer....
