Well the note says the coppers were called to verify, however when I called Southampton Police they had no record of the offence, bizarrely. So I called Southampton Hospital (that's where it happened), thinking the police wouldn't have got in the car park without the security office knowing about it. Security office didn't know about it, but did look on the CCTV - the reg checks out and there was a policeman on the scene, so it doesn't look like a lie or anything, just a mistake.

There are two different types of handwriting on the note, so I'm thinking the copper wrote most of it. Surprised he didn't clock the short mobile number, nor did he think to write his officer number down, a crime reference number or report what he was doing in to the station. Dumbass.

Insurance company are trying to contact the other insurer so I will leave it at that now.

It's probably going to be fine, just a bit of a panic when a few things didn't add up.

The issue is, until my insurance company get a total admission, it cannot be claimed as no fault and has to go through on my fully comp insurance, which I'm obviously not doing. Insurance company cannot get full admission until I can contact her - that's the bit still proving difficult.

 

Apparently a car insurance refund within 14 days can take up to 30 days wtf

Finally figured out my breathing, fatigue and eating issues.

Advancing scoliosis. Now to grab a doctor by the ears and ask for rods in my back. Because I want my lungs and stomach back.

 

How did you come to that conclusion Kayin?

 

Measurement of the ribs on my right side, as well as losing another inch in height and another scoliosis measurement that showed advancing curvature. I'm not just going on WebMD for this, I have plenty of doctors helping me here.

 

I know your pain man (albeit probably 1/10th of what you feel) having scoliosis myself, mine isn't that bad but it's enough to cause me grief.

So there i was sitting on the looe in work using my phone...

My Phone slips out my hands unsteadily as i try to catch it as its flying though the air in slow motion "it's okay it might not crack was my thoughts" i pull my hands back in the seconds it takes watching, As it falls in the toilet!

I was pretty upset when the screen wouldn't come on anymore

 

How did you drop the phone in the toilet that you were sitting on?

 

Crazy things happen when you're crazy enough to have to check your phone while on the toilet.

 

I'll bet £50 it was a phablet.

Oh, i'm hugely excited for the One, and i've worked damn hard this past year, just things keep getting in the way, What sucks more is i get paid 3 days after it's release, only, i need the £160 within the next 1 day 6 hours to guarantee it for Day 01 (Which i'm working...haha)

A payday loan for £160 over 3 days would cost you a tenner. Whether that tenner is worth it is up to you to decide.

 

I'd probably loan you the money for a fiver. lol.

 

If you want a loan do it though a member of your family or a someone trusted.

Yep, it's called a horrendously long cash management chain. Chances are it'll be much quicker than that, but they have to inform you of the maximum time.

 

I recall processing a refund for someone when at fruit company... '3-5 working days' was the official time-frame and the guy in question was doing his nut because he hadn't got the refund, nearly a month later...

It went up the food chain and I was told that the '3-5 working days' was accurate in that your *bank*/card issuer would get the money back in 3-5 days... however it could take anything up to 6 *months* for the bank/card issuer to give it back to you...
