This insomnia is killing me, I've spent so much time thinking i've got a headache. I'm just trapped in a circle of frustration.

They didn't get admitted: she'd put on 20g since yesterday. Still badly underweight, but trending in the right direction at least!

EDIT: Oh, wait, ruining life thread. Well, to keep things on-topic: it's approaching ten to three in the pee-em, and I'm just about to start what would have already been a busy day's work if I'd got crackin' at eight ay-em. Joy.

    RMA? You wish...

Just the day to day maintenance is a pain in the wallet...

Maybe richer formula will help? Sophie has had some sort of super milk while in hospital and has gained weight lol.

She's breast-fed, and we're not keen to switch to bottle (unless we absolutely have to, of course.)

Or even mix up the feeds? We gave Sophie formula for hungry babies at night to make her sleep longer. And during the day she had breast milk. I'm sure that everything will sort itself out :thumb:

Trouble is, more often than not giving a baby a bottle means it never wants to go back on the breast ('cos sucking from a bottle is so much easier.) Sure, we could pump and feed breast milk from a bottle - but that's a right pain. You have to find time to pump *and* to feed (so basically double your feeding times), you have to sterilise everything, take filled bottles with you when you go anywhere, find some way of warming said bottles... Compare and contrast with "stick hungry baby on tit" and you'll see why we're not keen on risking nipple rejection.

Got told my car would be done yesterday, nope, phoned up today at 11am to be told it's currently “on the ramps” and the mechanics are just having lunch. Arrive at 3pm and notice my car hasn’t moved at all and it’s not going to be ready until tomorrow because there really “busy”. Also get told because he used second hand parts that i should be paying for it to be fixed… despite all these leaking issues coming from the drive shaft which wouldn’t of been needed had he got the right transmission in the first place. I quote “we had to get another drive shaft because the ones they sent didn’t fit but that’s free of charge”

This car has spent more time in the garage being repaired then on the road at this point. Surely if he did his job right in the first place and got the right transmission for the car i shouldn’t be having these problems!

Yep see where you are coming from, our first was breast fed and its a million times better than dealing with bottles and pumps and sterilizing etc. However with Sophie having a cleft pallette and needing a special kind of bottle, Claire was doing just that! running a schedule for expressing and a schedule for feeding.

Hence the change to formula as she struggled to cope with it :D

Oh, aye, if you have to you have to! I went to school with a guy who had a (repaired) cleft palate. Odd guy. Nothing to do with the cleft palate, he was just... odd.

Man, Three just totally took the pee.

I will admit that even though I have a mobile phone I seldom use it as a phone. It's large and cumbersome and due to where the ear piece is you have to press a sharp edge to your ear. However, I find it invaluable when I need to get a taxi somewhere as my local firm text when they are outside.

Any way, I bought the Passport about a year ago. Maybe March '15. When I got it I put £30 on it and it's been on there since last March. I have mostly used the phone on Wifi and all of my family have Wifi so when I get there it jumps on that costing me nothing. I don't text message I only use BBM/Whatsapp? etc so I don't have any charges for that..

Any way, I was out and about for a few days and my credit eventually reached £1. I decided to stick £20 on there knowing it would probably last me another year. Sadly I forgot my "Mythree" login and my DC had expired so the only way to do it was by phone. I phoned Three and explained the situation and the lady on the phone took my new DC details and I asked for £20 credit. She said I would need to reboot the device for the credit to show.

Any way I got off the phone with her and rebooted the phone about six times, no credit. I went to my bank and could clearly see the £20 had been earmarked but still no credit. I figured it may take some time to update but nothing. I finally gave up and went to bed, vowing to sort it out today.

So up I got today bright and early, had a few coffees and phoned Three.

I was then told that I had not bought credit. What they had done was sell me one of their packages that costs £20 that gives you free internet, unlimited texts and 300 minutes on the phone. It expires in less than a month.

Fuming. I asked for £20 in credit. Then he tells me it can't be reversed etc. What use is that to me? I will probably not use any of it..

Any way after much complaining apparently they are going to actually give me the £20 credit that I paid for (I wasn't even aware they do these packages, that's how little I actually use the sim part of my phone !) as well as letting me keep this package.

It would appear that someone at the call centre is naughty and decided to earn themselves some commission by lying to me.

Decided that my marriage is not worth the abuse I've endured over my ability to have children vs my wife's inability. She's also abusing me over my loss of memory due to the strokes, and loss of feeling due to dysautonomic paresthesia.

I can die slowly without the abuse, dammit.

Remember It's a leap year, so the lady in your life can propose on that day.

Another good reason to breakup before before the big date! :D

The cloud of dust kicked up, when I had to reboot the office's ageing poweredge server. I could feel my lifespan shortening.
