Motherboards Whats the better ?

    Hi Guys , whats the better option ? GA-EP45-UD3R or DFI LP JR P45-T2RS ?

    I want : A extreme performance and some features.:naughty:

    i would go for the gigabyte. the dfi is a micro atx mobo, whereas the gigabyte is full. additionally, the gigabyte has firewire, faster fsb, and supports more ram. the only plus i see on the dfi board is it supports crossfire. but if thats important, grab the ud3p gigabyte board. and in the states, the gigabyte board (ud3r) is cheaper than the dfi one. finally, dfi's can be very finicky.

    Gigabyte's are pretty good OC-wise in my opinion with all that 'Ultra-Durable' stuff. :thumb:
    Good BIOS too.

    If you wanted Crossfire you could get the UD3P, and seeing as it's $10 more it could be worth it, hell you don't even need to crossfire you could shove a PhysX card in there with a nice Nvidia GPU...

    i don't know about better. i've seen some get pretty good oc's, but i've also seen many with reliability issues, weaker audio chipsets, fewer features, typically lower ram capacities...etc...just my experiences/opinion.
