An Acorn RiscPC StrongArm* from 1996 (Last whole PC I ever bought)

    * The StrongArm runs at 210MHz - and comes from a time when x86 CPUs were struggling to break the 100MHz barrier.

I have managed to find a mobo for an old athlon 600, just to mess about, possibly a second file server to keep in the nice cool loft for extra backup.

    250nm, lovely stuff.

I just got rid of my parents old 1.7 ghz p4, with 512 mb of ram and Geforce mx 4's, now the oldest is my parents (my 2nd pc that I handed on to them) p4 2.4ghz, 1.5 gb ram, geforce 5200...

I still have my old p2 lying around with 64 mb of ram, but I decided to mod the case and never finished, so its in pieces in a box in my basement

An old pentium 2 box that runs 24/7 in the garage as Smoothwall server.

Not only is it very reliable it is also due to it's task the most important computer on the network.

My five year old laptop is in daily use when I am at home, that has a 1.8GHz Pentium M and (now) 768MB RAM. It really is rather good, plays COD4 like a dream (well, it works!)

I am trying to re purpose my parents old PC, that is ~6 years old, Athlon XP 3200+, 512MB RAM and an AGP Geforce 5200. That used to sound like a jet engine with a 60mm fan spinning at about 4500rpm as the only cooling in it, speedfan has tamed that a bit but 1% still corresponds to about 3000!

HP TC3100 server box, two P3 1.26ghz chips, 1.5gb of RAM.

I think that's just about older than the only pc in this flat that isn't mine..

12 year K6 with 64mb of RAM and some random off brand ISA GPU.

What amazes me is that it still works, and that the motherboard is older than the processor.

All my machines are old for a given value. My ipcop box is a Pentium2, my server is dual processor P3, my day to day machine is a 3 years old Epia M and my games (ahem) rig is an early 939 (4600x2).

Actually the dual p3 was as fairly good desktop when loaded with enough ram.
