No, it's not a picture, it's a digitized representation of a picture. Actually, it's a post containing a picture. Which is also digital. It's a rectangle of pixels on my screen which represent the information contained in a file on a server of a post which contains a digital representation of a picture of a planimeter. lol This reminds me of Theif Of Time.
woah, that appears to be a plantimeter..... i say you kill someone with it. The police will never be able to identify it. Sounds like the perfect murder to me
Wow, post #25 was sure em, "out there". aka- you forgot the web cache, cause it's a rectangle of pixels which displays the browsers cache of a representation of a file on a server, blah blah. I think the rest is pretty accurate. There might be some php steps in there though. Also, it's a representation of picuture of a planimeter on a map. L J
ooh! ooh! oooh! Let me play! It looks like a planimeter. Got them all over my room, I used to collect them.
"picture" is accurate, photo(graph) wouldn't be. A picture refers to an image in any form, whereas a photo tends to specifically refer to one taken from a film camera and then transferred onto - get this - photo paper. I was going to say sextant though I knew it wasn't right. "Navigational device of sorts" should suffice.
But you take photographs with a digital camera and it does not have to ever be put on photo paper, so a photograph could also describe a digital image. I think the deffinition of a photograph should be an image captured using a camera either digital or film. But a picture, can be something drawn or created with image editing software like photoshop. But why is photoshop called "photo"shop if it deals with a digital image?? I think I've just confused myself. L J
It is in fact the recharge/security unit for a Phase inverted hunting *****...................anyone can see that.
