The place he took it to was supposed to be a Delta specialist, or a Lancia specialist, someone who claimed to know what they were doing anyhow. I was a little surprised when viewing when the seller said the garage had to fit Evolution headlights - which are smaller - because the originals were unavailable. I don't know what happened in the end, I just supplied the seller scans of the inspection sheets and wished him luck.
I guess it's got to be any of these: Ferrari F430, Aston Martin one-77, Nissan GTR or.. the Peel p50 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peel_P50
My all time dream car would be the jaguar E type in british racing green with the old style racing livery
Sadly most of us will never be able to own half the cars on our must-own lists... If only I had Jay Leno's garage....
Maybe you need to revise your must-have list? Mine's pretty small atm: 205 1.9GTi Alfa 145 Cloverleaf Lancia Delta Integrale VW Golf Gti Mk.2/Mk.5 Edition 30
Don't dream big do ya? You could buy all of those for less than £20k combined! Dreaming should be about cars that you could never afford....
Stuffed it up totally. Wheels are abhorrent. But the first piccie I could find to post, as I was busy. Apart from Dirty Great Engines (Anything V8, V12 or otherwise interesting), and Jag's, I have near zero interest in cars. 2 & 3 wheels for me.
Old John is in LOVE! Silver Bentley Continental coupe on Wadsworth Blvd today. Just like this: I have a pic on my phone of the rear. Where else would a Hyundai be but behind everybody else? john
My 16 yr. old son Ryan wants this car? Dechrome it, limo tint on the windows, and add a new V8. Resto Mod. john
I would like a Volvo 360 GLE for my first car I'm hoping to stick to cars that have some kind of rear-wheel drive going on 5 year plan reckons I should be getting a Skyline R34 GTR or Toyota Supra as long as I work my 'nads off. At age 22. Yes, I am going to have to save every darn penny. In reality I'll probably end up with an Nissan S13, 14 or 15...
My Hyundai is my first and LAST front wheel drive. I'll be going back to RWD or 4WD for my next car in April. Can't get the hang of front wheel drive. Just doesn't seem right.
I found dropping it a gear into corners really helped with the understeer. I had a go in my brothers' civic type r on an airfield and it understeered all the time. Great fun/terror (60mph in 2nd, roaring tailpipes... not quite enough space for 3rd...), but as long as I held the wheel to stop the torque steer it never really got out of shape... as long as I got off of the throttle for the corners...
it would have to be a jap import of a toyota celica 1998 ver! 650 bhp baby!!!! hell yeah! in 4 years or so im gettin one!!!!! see yaa!
At my age it looks proper. Probably not for the guys in their 20s and 30s. You can lease one for $6,000 a month if you don't want to buy right away
QFT. I see them almost daily. The 4 door version is ok, but I hate the coupe - particularly because they're always bought by rich footballers (soccer).
I'd love this one someday. It's classy And then for speed one of these, please. Not a car, but definitely falls in the 'dream' category.
