Personally I like the peat flavour, makes it feel like it's really hitting home! I've tried a few speysides, including Aberlour, and while they are definitely very nice, I'll take a good Jura or Isla over them anyday.
Southern comfort neat in a warm glass tend to find it adds to experience being the fine drink conissuer that I am well at least till my mates tell me to down it in exchange for a fresh one.

I like a glass of red wine, quite fond of the slightly sweet stuff myself. Hated wine a few years ago, then someone let me try some New Zealand stuff and I liked it. Since then i've been able to appreciate a lot of different wines, even ones I had previously disliked, I guess my palate must have matured or something. I did hear somewhere that you only really start enjoying wine when you find one you like, and that's basically what I did. Joined the uni wine tasting society as well, cheap tasting session every monday evening for the year, great start to the week.
yeah... that remembers me one day when a guy blew out a flaming aguardente shot into my eyes..... didn't drink anything to that moment but.... i got a little drunk..... my fave drink? BEEEEERRRRR!!!!!!! and poncha. a recipe for a shot..... by a friend.... TGVA a modification of the TGV Tequila, Goldstrike (some places they do it with Gin), Vodka and Absinthe in the same quantity......
And if you want to spell it right its "Jägermeister" My two favourites are: 1. Harvey Wallbanger - 3 parts Vodka - 1 part Galliano - Fill up with Orange Juice - Ice 2. 7&7 - Seagrams Seven Crowns (Bourbon) - Seven Up - Ice
My grandma made a killer Harvey Wallbanger cake. And yes, it had galliano in the orange glaze laced over the top. Yum
