    Gotta be M&S for the nice stuff... minty mango roast lamb is wicked....:naughty: But its Sainburys for the all the normal stuff...

    Asda would be good if they hadn't turned to the darkside (aka Wallmart!)

    wallmart arent the dark side! why are wallmart the dark side? there massive and brilliant and cheap and excellent :D

    Yeah, but they have also destroyed the local shopping areas of an untold number of small american towns... driving people out of business by undercutting their prices... make huge profits and paying their staff peanuts!

    small shops should therefore sell there good at cheaper prices! when will they elarn!!! :p

    Perhaps that is a little short sighted... It's a question of ethics and businesses operating morally, it's my personal & educated opinion but i'm not going to go into it here...

    Although undercutting and reducing prices is a good thing, shows healthy competition. To be fair on Walmart this is standard business practice and benefits consumers, unfortunately not all companies can compete.
