Apple Whats your iPod and what do you use it for?

    woot mine came in the mail this afternoon and I went and picked it up on my lunch break!! Pics tonight I hope :D

    Looking at it now for a refurb the thing looks brand new with the exception of the belt clip tiny black specs that i havent looked closely at yet but im sure they are just little bits from the padding.

    I have the 20GB iPod with the non-click wheel.. with the 4 seperate buttons. I believe its the 3th gen?

    I use it for music : duh!
    Sometimes to transfer data, but thats rare. I've got external harddrives and memory sticks for that.

    Not to mention that you can easily use it as a flash drive... and I got an iPod so I don't have to listen to the crap on the radio anymore (maybe radio-BBC doesn't suck, I wouldn't know).

    15Gb 3rd Gen iPod.

    Used for....Music!

    Occasional file transfer, but it drains my battery over USB2 (no charging via usb :()

    It is. Is your battery starting to bite the dust yet?

    My 3rd Gen has... That's why it's been consigned to the garage, where it sits in a docking speaker station, where it's on continuous charge.

    i just got a 5g black video ipod (from freeipods no less :p )

    and i had a non-color 4g 20gig i sold the other day

    i use it for music only at the moment
