    They're both Swatch's; the first one is a Swatch Skin Chrono; that was about £70 i think; the latter is an Irony Chrono Medium, paid about £80 for that a few years back (i got the Skin to replace the latter as it's wearing out...).

    I have had a Storm Oceanic for 4 years now

    {param}

    Got to get batteries replaced atm, but it is still on my wrist. Without that chunk of metal there, everything feels a bit wrong :eyebrow:

    If anyone's interested, here's a nice video of the innards of my watch. The watch in the video is different (mine's obviously not a Monza) but it has the same Calibre 36 movement as mine.

    You should like this goo, the calibre 36 is actualy made by zenith, TAG then "mod" it to make it their own. It's a damn good movement that quite a few others, including rolex use. ok rolex used to use it now the use the piquet

    If I can find the data sheet for it I'll post a link to it.

    Untill i do find it here's a piccie of the standard movement

    Well I have 2,

    Casio DW-340. Digital watch about a decade old. Mountings for the strap broken, but still using original battery :D!

    Animal W003 Special Edition. Around 1/2 a decade old. Not working, mechanism broken. Could be fixed under warranty.

    Oh and I just bought a new one :)

    I don't believe in spending any more £20 on a watch - this one cost me £15 from Argos :) I've only had it a few months, it replaced a Timex Indiglo which I bought in LA back in 1997. That one cost me about the same.

    I have a Casio watch with remote controller for TV/VCR and a learning function, so that I can control everything that uses an IR remote. I remember in junior high I used to turn of the tape player during German lessons. The whole class knew it was me, but the teacher never found out :)
