    i found a beta but i dont know if it is legal?
    can any1 tell (i wont download it when it is elegal)

    Rofl, I'd have to say 99% of the things on that site are illegal (As is their copy of longhorn), and I strongly advise you delete that link, as it is a warez promoting site.

    Only place you can get it from is by being a beta tester for microsoft, good luck with that.

    Yep. Unless you know someone from Microsoft give up now on finding a Longhorn Beta legally.
    Beta Os' arent even worth the time anyway and longhorn aint out till 2006.

    As said before, any that you see to download that aren't on a microsoft site are going to be illegal.
