Hiya guys, just wondering where PC Technicians (self employed or small time) get their licenses from for Windows in the UK? I have been a self employed Technician for about a year now and i just take them off of older PC's but i figure there must be a way of getting them on the cheap new.
Any tips would be GREATLY appreciated!

MSDN subscriptions are for testing/development purposes. They aren't resale licenses.

You could have a MSDN OS subscription for your business PC; I think you basically get 5 licenses of anything, and the intention is you use it for testing/development.

If you want to resell and preinstall, you need to be an OEM, technically.

Technet keys are for evaluation purposes. Not for retail.

You can get Technet pretty much anywhere in the world afaik.
