Three forums - bit, youth group and my local mountain biking forum About half a dozen daily comics (Schlock Mercenary, Commissioned and GPF being favourites) and a load of less frequent ones like megatokyo, PA and OOTS. Damninteresting.com and futilitycloset keep me entertained and educated with useless knowledge somafm provides the internet radio And when I'm really bored, the StumbleUpon toolbar comes to the rescue
On a daily basis I goto a few forums GMail Google Reader (setup with RSS feeds of jobsites) That's it really....I've seen the whole of the internet now

My main daily visits are: slashdot.org forums.bit-tech.net hackaday.com news.bbc.co.uk Then my weekly visits include flickr.com ebay.co.uk spyblog.org.uk pbs.org/cringely/pulpit/ ... and if I'm especially bored, I'll peruse El Reg, and a few varying blogs.
slashdot bit-tech mp3car youtube for daily fix of some death metal vids hackaday farnell for some electronic bits maplins to laugh at the prices i used to frequent overclockers but their mods suck as does their shop customer service and attitudes then i check my website stats to see if anyone has visited today and google a lot for just about anything i can think of when i am bored at work
