    C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\5yd39l.default\bookmarks.html

Where USERNAME is the username, and not sure whether 5ydmx39l.default is unique or standard.

EDIT/ oh yea, you need to be able to view hidden files.

Or just Find bookmarks.html. There'll be a spare empty one in the Firefox program directory and a more recent bigger file in your profile folder.

Sounds like you need MozBackup, it will save all the important bits of your Firefox profile.

Weird. it's forced a line break there but narrowing the window doesn't change it back. On most forums long urls make the window scrollable like big pics.

Bet you could put it in
    Code:
    C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\5yd39mxyopqxzl.default\bookmarks.html
    I lose. :duh:

Easier way (found this out while formatting the other day) :

In firefox : bookmarks > manage bookmarks.
In bookmark manager : File > Export..

Exports all your bookmarks in a nice .html file which you can import into your new install in about ... 3 seconds!

    Cheers,
    Paolo
