why not mount it flat on the base, thats what im going to do. its bascially unused space, plue it means you can put a massive rad there..

however how many hdd cages do you need? it appears to have 6 bays, id say thats rather a lot lol..

I put mine where the hard drive cages were... I put my hard drive up with my CD-rom drive, and that solved that. If you put the hard drive in the floppy-drive bay adaptor, and put that in the top CD bay, there's plenty of ventilation. You might even be able to stack a second hard drive on top...

heres one out of the gallery i got the idea from

the pump is in the drive bays, so will still take up 2 or 3, on mine im going to mount the pump upside down as i took out the 3.5" bays and the pump is going on the bottom of the 5.25" ones.

also instead of ashroud around the rad im going to use something like this
    http://www.componentsuk.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=37&products_id=336

when they are in stock anyway. this is because i dont want to cut holes in my case, so these will lift the rad up and allow some air flow.

    how do you mean?

you can use the same layout in any case, i havent got a coolermaster case. i have an aspire one, but ive measured it all up and made a lot of drawings and 2 rads will fit on the base of it.

i cant see why you cant do the same thing, the pump is the hardest part to position really

    Here's how I did mine:

There's basically no space between the radiator and the PSU, as it's the Antec Phantom 500, which is extra-long. Still, it all fits. The radiator is held in place by six very long bolts that run through case, fan, and radiator.

The front fan is gone, and the radiator goes just about as far into the hole as it can. The two pumps are side-by-side in the bottom CD-rom bay. I'm going to really isolation mount them... some day.

And, seen from below, the huge ugly hole in the bottom of the case. The fan grills are on there for a reason, those fans can take a big chunk out of a finger at full speed.
