Other Where to upload a flash website free (or very very cheap)

    just wanna say, im TOTALLY new to web design

    i doubt if there is but was just wondering, is there anywhere on the web where i could upload a flash website free of charge?

    if there are a few can someone recommend a good one
    if not can you recommend a cheap one :)
