Anything with a 90 nm process will give you better performance. The bits that make up the processor are closer together and therefore are easier to cool. And with smaller gaps between main chip components, you will gain better performance overall, along with higher OC's. So, those who say that 90nm doesn't make a difference, you're not paying close enough attention. By the way, I have a room that's horrendously warm. Up to 105 degrees during the summer months.
Wrong way round. Because everything is closer together, there is less surface area. This means it is in fact harder to cool.
afaik as I know they require a lower voltage and so should run a little cooler, although from what I have read there is not much difference.
