I'm about to fit my PC into a new case, so i think it's time for some cable sleeving. I've just got a Eclipse 62 (black) and a side window panel to fit. I don't know what cable sleeving colour to go for, so i need your help. I have blue LED fans, green SATA and IDE cable, also i have some RED IDE cables. I have a set of red, blue and green plugs to use. So which would you go for? UV Blue UV Green UV Red UV Yellow Carbon Fiber (Black)
I find blue and green to be a very pleasant color scheme. Blue and red works too, but isn't much to my liking...too cliche almost. And red and green are Christmas colors. So I suggest keeping to a blue and green color scheme. Get blue or green or both for sleeving and use blue or green or both kinds of connectors. Also, carbon sleeving usually isn't black, it's a grayish carbon fiber color. Black is usually much darker, a pure black. Just so you know.
I've yet to see a project that used yellow UV. Would look very nice if the inside of the case were black.....
I would also go for the blue and green color sceme. I suggest you get rid of the red IDE cables, as they will make the whole thing look a bit too rainbowy. Either trade them with a friend, sleeve them or simply buy new ones (not too expensive iirc). I think carbon fiber sleeved cables with green plugs would look good That or green with green... That case looks pretty nice.. Maybe you could install some LED's behind the 'grill' part on the front, so light comes pouring out of there, would look pretty cool imo.
i always found "carbon fiber" color to be a little lame (unless its actually carbon fiber); yellow uv would look good though
