    Leadtek makes that card, IIRC. I've seen 6800 cards for less (not more than $10, mind you).
    In the listing, the card's speeds are the standard 6800 speeds, whereas BFG, Gainward, XFX, and others may sell their cards clocked at higher speeds to begin with. It depends what you're looking for, because I'd imagine that cooler, on the other hand, is (somewhat) better than the standard 6800 cooler, if you're looking to overclock.
