I have an intel 2.6c for the moment. But I would love to one day go to a dual AMD 64FX setup. Intel just costs wayyyy too much for SMP...Xeon doesn't hold a candle, but it costs nearly as much.

For the boxes at work, 100% Intel.

At home, Intel + AMD. :)

strange history with me, all the boxes my family has had over the years has switched back and forth, mostly due to 'bargain' pc's.

    1st: intel 486
    2nd: AMD K6 450
    3rd: Intel Celeron 1 Ghz

and the fourth, which i built: AMD 2500+ @ 2.09 Ghz (sig)

    First RISC PC 733 (33MHz PC card :D )

    Second Intel P2 (I think) 200 MHz,

    Third AMD K6-2 400MHz

    Fourth Intel P4 (w/out HT) 2.53GHz

    Fifth AMD XP 3200+

A thousand times increase in power in the space of 11 years. Not too bad really :)
