have you tried it without the MS patch? i havent played it since i patched but before it definately had issues running without affinity being set, would boot you out of servers after about 30s http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=105710
I would suggest getting an Opty 165 seeing as they are about the same pricewise as the 3800X2, and they clock very well and the extra cache is nice
That is a tempting price, although I can't see any mention of the warranty with it which would worry me, seeing as OEM parts don't have the ususal consumer warranty? (AMD is apparently cracking down on retailers selling trade batches of CPU's to the public, since it hurts there name when a retailer sells a poor one and refuses to replace it)
