just been to mgk got tickets next year for .... black stone cherry, yungblud, luke combs, lewis capaldi.... and the last one evades my memory
Tbh i think im going to give them away. My sister was wanting some and shes going through some stuff, so thinking they will cheer her up ( on the other hand im already taking her to the rest of the ones listed for the same reasons lol )
I love them, they're a fantastic band and really entertaining live, lots of great banter and a fabulous catalogue. I've got a few booked in over the next few months - Lamb of God (rescheduled 2 or 3 times) in December, The Midnight and The Joy Formidable in March/April next year too. Things are definitely picking up. Tempted to go for Bloodywood as they're very entertaining, might splash out in the new year.
TIL - Kings of Leon are playing Wrexham Racecourse (the currently 3-sided football stadium) at the end of May.
Not as happy as I especially as his show date falls on my 50th and it'll be my first concert in 30 odd years
Fun LOvin Criminals at Carlisle ... only Huey left of the three so a bit pony really but only £20. I last saw them at Eceter University 20- odd years ago. and NO ... I never went to Uni. I drove my mate up (yes up I lived in Cornwall) who did and they were on that weekend.
FYI - The Hu are touring the UK this June. Note that Donington == Download Festival Source & tickets https://planetradio.co.uk/planet-rock/news/rock-news/the-hu-june-2023-uk-tour/
Limp Bizkit is finally happening in April after any delays LeBrock on 29th April After that it's just Bloostock planned, will add in some gigs as I can, having a girlfrined in London helps with accomodation that way
Totes amazballs night PXL_20231017_200857034.MP by MrLongbeard, on Flickr Good warm up acts and a bloody good set by Mr. Combs. It has reinforced my mindset not to go to live gigs though, far to many screaming whistling idiots watching the whole set through their phones whist they recoded it, maybe if someone put on a show in a venue half the size of the AO I'd consider it
Since then: Dermot Kennedy - was better than I expected, not my choice. Red Hot Chilli Peppers Bastille again Killers again And have tickets for 50 cent in November
