Phone contract is up for renewal in February. I have a Galaxy S2 at the moment and looking to upgrade. Any suggestions? I want to stay Android plz. iPhones are for 10 year olds.
I was looking at the Nexus 5 to be honest. What does everyone think to the screen size? I'm not going to be able to see one in person until I get down the shop on Saturday.
Samsung note 3 if you want a big screen with s4 specs, htc one if you like stereo sound from a phone, nexus 5 if you want a plain android experience or the LG G2 for speed and nice specs. I have an iphone but have experience with pretty much every phone. It's my job. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If you want small and powerful Xperia z1 compact at 4.3 can't be beat it has everything, if you want bigger screen and sd card support there has to be some good deals on the Samsung gs4 or Sony z1, if you don't need SD and want big screen its gotta be Nexus or g2. Of course most of these will be out of date by March when the next chips/phones start dropping.
Depending on when you want to upgrade, maybe wait till the next batch arrive. MWC is next month, and rumor has it, HTC and Samsung to make announcements, Google, Sony and LG will be present, but may not announce anything. Sam
Listen carefully to murraynt, hold an HTC One in your hand for a few minutes. Everything else feels a bit Fisher-Price after that I'm afraid. It's the thinking gentleman's choice.
Galaxy S5 launches in a couple of months. Specs are already leaked and it looks like it's going to be another amazeballs handset.
I got a Note 3 around Christmas and I gotta say it's phenomenal. I was initially put off by the screen size as I was coming from an iPhone 4s but now I can't imagine a smaller phone.
iphone 5S if you want a phone you don't need to fiddle with to keep working properly but i would wait if you are looking at android phones, as people have said MWC is coming up and all the major flagships will be refreshed out of current phones, moto X hands down
Agreed, I have just gone for the HTC One, got it last week but not had a chance to play with it. but everything i have read in ups is good and it's a bit quicker than the S4. The one piece aluminum chassis is just a work of art. feels so much sturdier then my S2. And before anyone asks, no HTC didn't pay me to write that
Prefer the note 2 over the note 3. Love the alternative method of input to onscreen keyboard! Camera feels more responsive too!
