    Hey Guys,

Need some masterful advice on recommending webcams,

i'm just using it for skype really, quality of the microphone doesn't matter as i have an external one already.

The only company i have looked at is logitech with the C510HD

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003R1M3P4/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0RSE8CRS4SQEPKDAD61B&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467128533&pf_rd_i=468294

and the webcam pro 9000 HD

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-Webcam-Pro-9000-HD/dp/B002CNKVES/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1305738104&sr=1-3

are these my only two options at this price range ?

if so, which logitech webcam better ?

    suggestions would be great.

Microsofts webcams are ment to be the shizzle, they have Lifecam Cinema and Studio, I think the Studio is a bit over £50 but I think the Cinema comes in around £50, and lots of positive feedback and nice tricks like colour correction etc
Only got a crappy built in webcam on my tosh at the moment, so I can't comment too much

I've got the Microsoft HD-5000 and it's quite awesome. Good mic, great mounting system, decent video quality. IMO some of the more expensive webcams are overkill for Skype and such, this one is nicely compact and does 720P!

    On sale too

EDIT: Comparing video quality with the C510 now, C510 wins by a fair bit. The MS Cinema looks as good or better though!
