    Iam slowly building up my parts. RAM, HD, case, PSU. Havnt decide which cpu

    I am goin to main use of the pc is Photoshop, illustrates and games

    But what I cant decide is which windows version.

    Windows 3.1 definitely 3.1
    ok, joke aside, this should be a no brainier.... latest Windows. In this case Windows 7 64-bit of the edition of your choice, which will be released October 22nd.
