White light on m/board.

    I treated my self to a NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX ™ 3070 Ti Founders Edition graphics cards and a EK block,fitted the block put it in the case and i got the dreaded white light on the board.
    Stripped the card and put it back to normal switch on and it worked without the block.
    Any help or advise would be very much appreciated.
