As part of my planning for my project I need to find someone with some advice or someone who can actually cut really good fan grills! The design below is what I want.

Try cutting the design out of plexi and lighting it up.

Should be able to do it with some careful dremeling or jigsawing.

Bit worried about the copyright though. If it is copyrighted, can you get permission to re-produce it? I'm new to all this, so don't really know.

Kong? do you have the power then to do laser cutting? or is it waterjet?

Ive got some little idea with plexi, but it would have to be laser cut, i dont know if you can waterjet plexi... possible?
The engineers near me can laser cut plexi. but it costs an arm and a leg... and i cant mod wihout those vital limbs.

No, and no! I actually own a CNC router. I can use fine bits down to 1/16" diam, so although not as fine as a laser, still pretty damn fine! Feel free to mail me for more info.
