I'm searching for guy (or firm) that can make a full modding of my case (CT1310) . I'm looking for some pro modders like http://www.mnpctech.com Can you give me another pro modding studios?
I would point out that most outfits sell premodded cases. You dont actually send in your old case to be modded. If you did, shipping from Bulgaria would most likely be more then the work done. Not that I want to discourage you. Just be aware that UPS, FedEx and DHL aren't known for their great shipping rates to placed like Dubai and Varna.
Well,it's not a problem to come in England to get my modded case(Anyway i'll go there for my basic case). I need to work on my English
I'm with Koola. Buy a crap case, and make it yourself. This is good because: a. If you screw it up no biggy - its a cheap case. b. Its original c. Its quite cool to see your ideas come into fruitition. d. Its one of kind. No-one else in the world will have one like it. And don't worry about your english mate. We dont care on grammer and spelling etc. As my art teacher said "Art is the universal Language"
KelticFox, 10x for the understanding, but i don't think i can make all the mods by myself It may looks funny but i'll try to rebuild the Orac3 casemod by G-Gnome.And i have completely no equiptment to do the job.And there are so different and precisious things that must be done(like covering the motherboard, the Multi Power Port box,the Cylinder). Well,i'll try at least and if i can't do it,i'll send a mail in mnptech.com to see what's going there.
G-Nome is like a god with a dremel. On a personal note, you try to be original. For your first try it doesnt have to be spectacular, just what you're comfortable with. At the end of the day its your computer, not anyone elses. And don't worry I'm on my first mod as well. Its not a week long process, I've been working on mine for about a month, and I havent finished the case shape in order to paint! I work as a graphic designer, so I know about seeing your work and your ideas in a finished format and the satisfaction it gives you. There is nothing more satisfying then looking at your work and thinking "I made that, Thats my idea and my work and effort" Although you might get ideas from other peoples work, try to be original. I know its not nice when people rip of my work at work, because its your time, effort, idea, and energy. Its not fair when someone comes up and does the same thing. But all in all. Don't worry. If you screw up, then fine. as long as you learn from your mistakes so you dont do the same again.
ive never seen that website before, there are soooooo many ideas to be got from looking at the gallery on there. like the handles with grills in. never seen that done before and i think i may give it a shot!
Give case modding a go for yourself , everyones first case doesnt always look the best and trying to copy the orac yourself is like trying to copy a god, anyways its also sacrilegious. you can only improve in time.
tell me about it ,i've been hit on the head numerous times for doing just that loll my attempt to copy the power supply
Ghehe I just fitted my first window and just looking at it gives me a good feeling about myself that I managed to make a window that looks neat That and I enjoy working with power tools.
Hey, I say you try starting simple, maybe work from a guide. If you like the result, keep going with it, and keep us informed!
Agreed. My first case mod was nothing more than me painting it blue. That was it; blue paint. Taught me volumes, though, as to how paint reacts to different tempratures, sufaces, prepped metal, ect. My second one was covering my brother's computer in shelf paper (made it look like black marble) and vinyl dye. It's all about learning!
