Typing this whole message one handed. I actually use my left hand to move my mouse - I'm left handed you see. Now to use my right for the mouse? Not as good as using my left, but I've had a lot of practice using either hand on the mouse.
I've played flute for years, so my left hand is almost as good as my right one, but there's still a lot of differince. Left-handed mousing does work but I prefer right-handed as it requires less ... less ... errr, come on, help me out mates (???)
I can type one handed no problem and even with my nose though it gets annoying after the 14th word...
I have a friend that types no handed as do I. She has a birth defect and uses her feet, and Im just lazy and when im standing and installing something when the computer is on the ground I just hack at the keyboard with my big toe.
my sis only types with one hand and does it fairly fast. its really annoying though , i dont know why but seing her type with one hand really bugs me. spose its good for the ol cyber
well if you ever lost one arm then you would still be able to type. Ps. This whole message was typed without me even touching the keyboard. Go figure that one out
Well when I was in Parios with my wife we went to an internet cafe to check emails. She can type quite well without looking at the keyboard. Well all her messages had Qs where there should have been As and all the numbers along the top of the keyboard gave éóá etc..... I have seen a 1 handed natural style keyboard that a hospital receptionist used. It was about 15-20cm high to accommodate the keys in one section. I have tried to type one handed but my hand starts to cramp up and I get RSI. Meblin
I've always just moved the mouse over to the left when using right handed people's machines. I don't actually reverse the buttons on my mice... so I end up twisting my hand to use the left button. I should've learnt to use it right handed like most of the other left handed people I know.
lots of fun this is, typing left handed rox! typing right handed is much easier!! but being a rtser, you have to type 1 handed so you can taunt ur enemys as your whooping there ass with the mouse
I got pretty good after I broke my left hand. I was still working in a computer lab so I had little choice but to figure out how to do it. I was gettin pretty fast when my hand healed up. Then I had to regain my two handed speed.
I type with one hand all the time. Can't eat cheetos and type at the same time. (Note: all typed with right hand. This note has taken the longest so far.)
i can use my right or left hand for mousing i got back & neck ache a few years back and can now use either hand for mousing. one hand typing is just for pervs
Lazy, if your half as lazy as me and sit wwwaaay back in a reclining chair like I do in work then you'll use the On-Screen Keyboard
