    "ARQuake
    Augmented Reality Quake (ARQuake) is an extension of the desktop game Quake, and as such we are investigating how to convert a desktop first persion application into an outdoor/indoor mobile augmented reality application. The ARQuake game has been ported to our wearable computer platform and operates with GPS and digital compass as a means of tracking. The keyboard and mouse interaction with the game has been completely replaced with use movements and a functional toy gun (with recoil and sound effects).


    this is pretty amazing... someone's gonna get hurt playing quake or CS

    That Rocks!!!

    I wouldn't mind wearing that kind of gizmo on myself. I think it'd be a little more hip if it were an actual body suite with feed back on the suit. Example, if you were shot you'd feel a slight push on a part of your body that was shot, cool article Eddie_Dane. That's not you in the pic???

    what is says across the shirt is crows.... which where i go to school is the quick way of calling people from one of our fraternities (alpha chi rho... aka crow) so it wouldn't surprise me if it was a college kid.... and since alpha chi rho is typically an engineering frat.... it wouldn't surprise me
