Motorcycles, that is. In my immediate family, 5 of us have our cycle endorsements, and 4 own bikes. Yeah, big family My dad has am Aprillia Futura, one brother has a '92 Honda CBR600, another an '88 Honda Hawk GT and I have an '85 Suzuki Katana 750. I love it. I wanted one ever since I saw a picture of one in the Tamiya model catalog in about '88. After looking on the internet from late '97 to early '99, I finally found one for sale. It had sold already, but the seller was a good guy and said he knew of a couple more. So I drove to Toronto and picked up a somewhat ratty, but complete, '85 unit. Completely rebuilt it between '02 and '03. Here it is: I fixed lots of cracks in the plastic, repainted everything, swapped on '95 Katana wheels and front end, installed GSXR front calipers, and modified the Yoshimura racing exhaust. Ended up shaving 50 pounds off it in the process. Handles great, stops like hitting a wall, and, well.. it will run strong. Once I have someone sort out the carbs. They're a little confused by the open foam air filters But the best thing is, with only about 4 I know of in the US, I'll never see another one like it on the road. So what does everyone else ride?
cows are the way ahead, if you run low on go go juice stick em in a field, if you get thirsty its got a on board milk facility and if you get peckish just cut a steak off its hide, obviously stitch it back up after and you and your mobile milk machine will keep on trekking for years to come.
