Well clrearly Neo would lose against any of those guys because outside of the matrix he is nothing right? I vote Wolverine anyway - 'cause he's one of my favourite comic books characters. How about adding Apocalypse or Onslaught
Blatantly wolverine. Yeah, he'd get knackered, but he can re-gen, and has an ass kicking adamantium skeleton which can cut anything (including any of those woosey xxxmen characters ) and it also makes him indestructable.
Ah, but the real world is only a theory at this point. We have no proof that there is a real world, only the Matrix. Since the Matrix is "our" world, Superman, Batman, and all the others only exist in "our" world. Therefore, yes, Neo would completely own them all.

ah, but you fail to see one thing, neo isnt invulnerable, superman is. inside the matrix, neo and superman are basicly evenly matched, except that superman cant be hurt. unless neo gets his hands on some kryptonite, but then superman's dead anyways, so any schmuck with a stick of kryptonite could beat him. so assuming there's no kryptonite involved, superman wins, hands down.
Yeh but superman cant hit him (very much) because Neo sees the code and will no doubt be able to defend himself against superman! Yeh he'll get the odd punch in, but in that case they are evenly matched indeed!
specifically because neo could probably grow the same ademantium (sp?) daggers and/or just throw trinity at him.
Or Neo could fly him up to maximum altitude and then drop him! neo would then see where he landed! See if he survives that!!
Bit of a no brainer really... Superman is indestructible. Neo? Hahahahahahahahaha. Altho Dr Manhattan from Watchman would give him a good run for his money I reckon. (Go K!!!)
