So my flat mate and I got arguing over this little conundrum... Who would win in this match up: Sarah Conner Vs Ripley Both have amazing maternal instincts and will protect their kids against all costs. Ripley has got some wikid robotic hardware and some mean smart guns, but Conner is as cunning as a fox, who's just been appointed professor of cunning at Oxford University. (admin, please could you add a poll, seems to have disappeared...)
I think Conner has it actually. Like I said, she's very cunning. And pretty capable of holding her own. However, if either of them had to protect a kid then I think Ripley would win. She won't give up. Conner on the other hand would sacrifice herself to readily.
Given Conner is just a human, and one with cancer at that, and Ripley is a half-human half-alien killing machine with acid blood and reactions faster than a cat, I'll have to go with the alien-lady.
I think that Ripley and Common would end up bonding over their similar quest to protect their child and save mankind from the monsters. I think they would do some heavy girl-on-girl action, to be honest. Now that I'd sit down to see.
