Disaster Whoops, watercooling

    Simple disaster
    Installed watercooling, ran fine
    Put side window back on, bent one of the pipes to tightly. Mum is like isnt that pipe supposed 2 connected. (It was powered on) Its spraying plenty of distilled water on my ATX power connector and northbridge. O well, new motherboard :baby:

    ahh.. so all those theories about distilled water not harming your computer is wrong eh? :p

    well that sucks, luckily all my leaks have been away from pc parts.

    The deionised water can pick up ions...rather useless, eh?

    It's distilled to get rid of the crud, not to protect your hardware.

    Next time, make sure you install the watercooling properly, and leak test!

    Lol use that 3M stuff that cost $200 a gallon. it does not conduct electricity.
