Cooling why are my temps so high

alright i just o/c my 2.4x to 2.898ghz and well its running at 49.5 w/ about 25% usage... this seems a tad high, not to worried about the processor, but would like to get my temps lower,

im think about switching around my fan to suck out, but would the pushing of cold air, make up for the lack of air flow, opposed to sucking warm air through?

 

for all of those who are using MSI boards, never never never never never trust the temp readings.

My 645 Ultra temps when I got the board were constant like 34-35 for cpu and mobo sensor, then they released a bios update and it stays at like 27-28 all the time. I don't trust them and I never will again

 

yeah i really dont trust them. but for now, thats all i have to go by
