That does sound pretty cool. I fear it may be an overkill though. Basically, the pc is going in my bedroom, and the router is downstairs (we have no phone lines upstairs for some weird reason, even though it's a newish house). In actually distance the router isn't that far from where the PC will be, just a floor/ceiling in the way (not even any walls i don't think). My laptop and PS3 work absolutely fine on the wireless in my room, never had any problems, it's no slower then sitting next to the router and doesn't drop out, i think a homeplug seems like a bit of an overkill, even though they are brilliant ideas by the looks of it. I'm just going to go for a PCI one i think, due to USB ones looking like they often cut out. If it doesn't work then, oh well, it's only £20.
