similar thing happened to me i got banned emailed and i never got a reply why, then i emailed spie about another matter in which a forum i was involved in got legal action threatened against because it was called overclock-uk and he accused us of nicking his name. some of you may know i idle on qnet irc in #overclock-uk a channel that has been around a long time overclock (related to pcs and uk cause its for uk pc enthusiasts) (btw luci u dont idle there anymore where did you go ) also i have ordered in the past several things and a couple of orders got muddled up by them and it took me posting it back to get the right thing sent and i complained to spie and never got a reply (it was a polite email as well) moral of the stories here is dont buy from ocuk,

I ordered a zen CPU radiator an amd ATHLON shim from them allong with some thermal compound. I recived some thermal compound and a zalman vga cooler. Phoned. Sent back VGA cooler £5.25 recorded delivery Got wait for it...... .....another vga cooler and no shim. Phoned. Spoke louder and slower with more simple language. Sent Back VGA cooler £5.25 recorded delivery, they said they would reemburse me for the the £10.50 if i enclosed the resets. Got Zen CPU radiator, and a funny lookign shim. Invoiced as an athlon cpu shim, put the shim on, bad fit; but it didn't look conductive so mih, i thought. Fitted the Zen Cpu Radiator. Powered up PC; some smoke, a really acrid burnign smell and a dead Mo/Bo and Proccesor. I later found out the shim was an AMD XP shim. Went to Aria web-site, bought new Mo/Bo and Proccessor and RAM. Phoned OCUK. They didn't want to know, and claimed tehy didn't recive my recorded deivery resets. TOTAL F***ERS
Take this matter to trading standards. I'm serious, that is absolutely appauling. I am sick of them. I'm going to phone them next week and go APES**T down the phone at the morons. Then I'm going to trading standards.
