Graphics Will this be limiting

    Sorry to be posting another thread but my gtx 460 has been giving really low frame rates recently compared to my friends' 460. Mine is a 460 SE (less cores) but that souldn't be the difference between Medium and High of BF3 should it?

    Here is what Im on about, it says in CPU-Z that the PCI-E link width is only X1 :eyebrow:

    Quick links, pictures and albums, upload, right click on the picture, copy image URL, click on the image symbol on the post options, paste image URL.

    It's almost certainly limiting you, check in power options > advanced and make sure PCIe isn't set to throttle down, and if no luck there, try BIOS options and see if it's been changed

    There is one reason why this may be, when installing my cpu, I bent a pin and as a result the top pci-e slot didn't work, so I put it in the lower one, expecting it to run at atleast x8.
    The motherboard is an asus p8p67
