    Hi there !
Because I'm a new member here I will present myself :
Valentin, aged of 15, French student at high school, I love modding, computers and electronic but I couldn't start a modding project because of no idea, no money and no pretty hardware to put into it (Intel Pentium 4 @ 3GHz without Graphics card :waah: ). So why am I here ?
    I had... an IDEA ! (1 thing on 3, it's a good start :D )
I named it "WillItBlow". Those pictures will help you to understand the name : [IMG]
    (300*300*750) Dude !

OK ! Now without the built :

Right now you can see what I speak about.
    Now some questions :
    - I think that I will put into some watercooling system (like in pictures) but it block the only way where I can put one more fan (for refreshing PSU)
    - If you have some idea to reorganize the arrangement I will be glade to try them
    - Maybe I will make an "home made" water tank (like if this bomb is a biologic one). Some advices ?
    - Any ideas would be taken into consideration.

Thanks for reading and (I know you hate this sentence ;) ) sorry for my bad english :wallbash:

    Montspy.

    PS : It's a prototype ;)

For inspiration use the search thingy for this one:

    WMB by G-Gnome

    Inspired a LOT of us.

You could incorporate something like the picture below (taken from resident evil) into your design.. I had planned something similar for my next project using 2 of these as refills.. one tube in the helix would hold red fluid (GPU) and one would hold blue (CPU&NB)

And heres a quick sketch up of the idea... feel free to use this idea or get inspiration from it :thumb:

:waah: Why does ALL my ideas have already been done ?
I have no more idea and I have absolutely no chance to make better than G-Gnome with WMD !
So... I think I will continue with this idea for my first scratch build.

@ConKbot of Doom : I planned to use some PVC but I think it's better with Aluminum pipes (100x100x750) cutted in half-pipes so 3 pipes would be suffisiant.

@Editor22 : Tank you for the idea ! It can make good water tanks.

I've worked on the Resident Evil's tank and it brought me to enlarge the whole structure (now 350*350*750) so here is the result :
    The tank :

    The whole project :

Now I will work on the external components (design) but my computer suxx and SolidWorks make it very sloooooow :sigh:

    Bye.

I like the ones without the big ring around it. These seen to 'sit' better.

    Nice designs

    Nice details.
It's still going to be hard to get through airport security to take to casecons and such.

Cant for the life of me remember where I saw it but there is a "make a bulgin type switch" thread floating about, shouldn't be to hard really with a hole saw some wet and dry & scrap plexi / ally. if your feeling really cheap you could even recycle some old circuits from past cases :thumb:

Here ? I've got an other idea : some military cover guard for toggle switches : in red or in black.
With some standard toggle (on/off) toggle switch or momentary toggle switch (for eject and power)
It could be nice (and less expensive ;) )
