Did they nerf HE damage as was initially planned? If so that would make my E100 even more pointless

 

Against high-armour surfaces, yes. So an E-100 shooting HE at the front of another E-100 would do far less damage now than before, but an E-100 shooting HE at the back of a T-54 would still blow the crap out of it.

 

Hmm, I'll fire it up one night soon then and give it a try although it does sound like the HE nerf is pretty serious for the E100
