So this problem evolved from solving another problem, the best kind. My old mobos nic recently died,so I bought a new P5Q Pro Turbo, I installed it all in the case expecting a reinstall, so I did that after I got nowhere with the boot process, but even afterwards I get a "Error Loading Operating System" I've fully formatted my hard drive twice,(320GB) I've switched SATA cables, checked and re-checked the boot order in the BIOS, checked the options in the BIOS in the hard drive for the LBA, it is enabled. I'm honestly running out of ideas, I've removed RAM sticks to one good stick, reinstalled with it, still fails to boot. I get through the installation process just fine, no hiccups, complete format does the same thing. It's been a while since I did any in-depth troubleshooting, so I could be missing something completely obvious. I'm thinking the HDD has died, so will be going to acquire a new one tomorrow more than likely.
Could just be that it needs the additional sata drives installed when you install windows, On the boot select the install additional drivers F6 i think and then use the driver cd for that motherboard and that should fix the issues maybe. Had it on a server a month ago.

Cheers for the responses guys, went out and bought a new HDD today before I noticed responses on this, happy to say I can actually get into Windows now, so I can just hook that old one up as a backup after some more investigation within windows.
