    a question about windows.

what kind of plastic makes for a good window, and about how thick should it be?

    plastics

The stuff we (Vadim and I) plan on using is stuff i found lying around at work. I'm not entirely sure what brand of plastic it is, but it's somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of an inch thick, and it has blue protective plastic covering it up, so it's somewhat high quality.
Should the plastic be thicker? it's covering an area of 14"x14" (on my box, dunno about Vadim's) so is there a recommended thickness for those dimensions, or does it not really matter all that much?

That should be thick enough for that purpose.

If you were building a case out of it, nothing less than .25" will do, but for a window you can get pretty thin without any worries.
