Bah, mine came by City Link today as well but I was out all day. Now I've got to play the delivery lottery and see if it'll turn up before my lectures tomorrow, or I won't have it until Monday
I've got my copy from Amazon, planning to install next year, maybe Feb or so, hopefully tie in an SSD purchase then. Should have another copy from Comet coming soon Anyone else not installing immediately?

Not quite! I have the RC of Ultimate, which i think is good till March next year, so moving to Home Premium is a downgrade if anything!!!
Hmmm didn't realise MS' ballot screen for choosing a browser is being rolled out by Windows Update, rather than shipping with Windows 7. Never mind, IE8 is pretty good in combination with Firefox.
Mine's here, installed, all good, then tried to play GT Legends... Now Win7 is reinstalled with not much else... Still love it though...
Unless you don't use those features ... in which case you're merely bloating your OS unnecessarily ... Crazy B
i'm with you.. can't see why you'd need higher than HP been using RC since it came out and not used 1 of them.. HP it is I reckon tomorrow
Cheers Oasked, will take a look over the weekend, though I am worried that it'll toast the machine again. When I restarted the PC (as STarforce or whatever required) it would no longer boot. Mind you, I did set UAC to "never" at the same time, though would not expect this to kill the OS...
