The problem is some people actually do still believe you need to move the pagefile, turn off disc indexing, and so forth, so it wasn't clear until you read his last sentence (which I should have done before posting) that he's being sarcastic.

I see your point though, some people give out all sorts of terrible advice when it comes to SSDs; stop anything that may benefit from an SSD from using it, waste your money by over provisioning 50% of the drive, and so on... Here are some proper instructions: 1. Install SSD (AHCI mode). 2. Enjoy that massive upgrade feeling. 3. No don't touch that setting.
