That was the old system, here's the new one http://www.imagefrog.net/show.php/63454_WEI.png Someone tell me why my GPU has 2.8GiB of shared system memory?
CPU: 6.0, E5200 Stock & undervolted RAM: 5.5, 2gb G Skill (with 2 more gb on the way) GFX: 5.9, XFX 7900GS Gaming GFX: 5.8 HDD: 5.9, Spinpoint F1
I think I get similar figures to Bumsrush...with the same obvious point of the HDD holding things down. I have an i7 920 (oc'd to 4GHz), 3x2 GB OCZ (@1603) and a Gigabyte 5850
Im sure if I played more and dumped more cash in to my rig i could probably get a better score but is it really that important? Well I guess the Playing around thing is the 2 80GB's in a raid 0 is what is really killing my score
Processor:---------7.5 Memory:-----------7.7 Graphics:----------7.4 Gaming:-----------7.4 Harddrive:--------5.9 Finally got it overclocked, so i5 750 @ 3.8, 4Gb G.Skill Ripjaws, GTX 275, Sammy 1Tb F3.
Processor - 6.7 (upgrade soon though i hope from 720 to 955 with AM3 mobo ) RAM - 7.3 Graphics - 7.3 Gaming Graphics - 7.3 Hard drive - 5.9 Overall - 5.9 due to HDD
CPU: 7.5 RAM: 7.5 Graphics: 7.4 Gaming Graphics: 7.4 Hard Disk: 7.1 Clearly it's my OCZ Vertex bringing it down to 7.1. I'm happy with the numbers though
Processor: 6.6 Memory (RAM): 6.8 Graphics: 7.5 Gaming graphics: 7.5 Primary hard disk: 5.9 Base score: 5.9 Shame really I thought my F3 was fast.
The hard drive one is silly... F3 1tb should easily be high 6's and instead it should average the entire score lol. At the moment with no overclocking: CPU: 7.3 RAM: 7.4 GPU: 7.3 Gaming graphics: 7.3 HDD: 5.9 __ Not really the best benchmarker to be honest . I mean if a stock E5200 is considered 6 whilst a i5 750 is 7.3...
Gents. First time post for me. Hello to all. Would running a Samsung 128Gb SSD in a Dell i7-720QM lappy get a high score? With everything switched on and running on mains, I got 5.9 on the HDD score. All other numbers are in the 7.0's - but looking at the print out option, it only reports two processing cores. Something is amiss... Spec: Studio XPS 17-720QM - standard DDR3 1333MHz RAM - 4GB ATi Radeon 4670 - 1Gb Samsung 128Gb SSD.
You and I pretty much have the same setup. CPU: 5.8 (Athlon 64x2 5200 2.7GHz) RAM: 7.1 (4GB G.Skill 800MHz) Graphics: 7.3 (Saphire Radeon 4850 1GB) HDD: 5.9 (Hitachi 160HDD) PS: How do you guys get your setup detail into the WEI? lol
I just ran WEI again after overclocking my Athlon 64x2 5200+ to 3.0GHz. Improved the CPU rating from 5.8 to 6.1. Not bad for a 60$ processor.
I'm still waiting for the Hex-core i7s before I upgrade my now aging but excellent, overclocked Q9550.
You know you can change the OEM make and model with a simple registry change I don't have my WEI to hand, but I think it was 5.9.
