I got a new 200GB Seagate HDD, to upgrade from another HDD that was installed before.

Before I installed the new Hard Drive, it was all fine and such. When I got to installing the new Hard Drive, Windows finds the drivers for it all fine, but when I go into My Computer, it's not there. I looked at my old Hard Drives Master/Slave setting. This was set to Cable select. My new Hard Drive is set to this as well.
