   Now, not only is this worrying, but it's also annoying as it pops up everytime I start windows.
   
   My question is;
   
   How can I stop it popping up, and two, how can I find out what's causing it to screw up in the first place?

   Sounds like it's not shutting down correctly. That's the only time i've ever seen that.
