I get daily notifications that 'Virus protection is turned off. Tap or click to turn on Microsoft Defender Antivirus' But in 'Windows Security', 'Virus & threat protection' is ticked. But In 'Security Providers' in the settings of that page, it says Microsoft Defender Antivirus is indeed off. In services, MDA Service and MDA Network Inspection Service are running. An article said W11 users are getting it, but not seen anyone say it. Never had any other antiviruses or firewalls installed.
