ok, i have a Hawking USB Hi-Gain adapter (HWU8DD rev. B). i also have windows vista ultimate edition. i have multiple wireless adapters and have installed them no problem, but they all pretty much suck. i wanna use my awesome dish but cant. i install the drivers, and follow directions that came with the dish, but when i go to plug it in, it doesn't work. vista says that it is installing the hardware and such, then it says there was a problem during installation. either that happens, or it installs "correctly". when it installs "correctly" it will let me view wireless networks for a short time, then it will say that there are no networks found. i cant get a signal anymore, even tho i know for a fact that i should be getting a signal. i cant use the app that came with the dish either, i really like the app and want to use it, but cant :-(.

    please help

Then you're stuck with using the wireless adapters, until Hawking releases Vista drivers :wallbash:
